SALARY: £51,217 – £56,647 per annum for 37.5 hours per week (depending on experience). Grade NN8a-c

Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Head of Public Fundraising to lead and inspire our fundraising teams and to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation.
We’re looking for a fundraising leader who has proven experience in managing diverse fundraising teams and income streams, brings a track record of delivering growth through creative and innovative approaches and is a collaborative team player, able to build strong relationships across the organisation and with our supporters.
This is an exciting time to join us. While the hospice sector faces real challenges, we are determined to increase our voluntary income and secure the future of specialist hospice care in our community.
Public fundraising is a critical source of support for our hospice, providing the majority of the income that enables us to deliver outstanding specialist care and support for patients and families when they need us most.
You will work closely with our Head of Partnerships and support our Director of Income Generation and Marketing to build and deliver strategies, set ambitious budgets, and provide direction across all areas of public fundraising.
Our fundraising programme is well-established and supported by a talented and dedicated team. We are looking for a leader who can nurture this strength whilst bringing creativity, innovation, energy, and determination to drive growth and impact.

Details
This post is offered on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week. Our core working hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm. We also offer hybrid working at St Catherine's with home working available; onsite attendance is expected.
Please note, the successful candidate will be an essential car user, therefore candidates must have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Location: Grace Holland Avenue, Pease Pottage, Crawley, West Sussex RH11 9SL.
