What Were Looking For:
Graduate (2:2 or above) any subject considered.
Sporting background (team or individual) showing commitment and competitiveness.
Natural drive, determination and resilience.
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Highly organised, with the ability to multitask.
Commercial or sales experience (6+ months) is desirable but not essential.
Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant:
Source and headhunt candidates in the technology sector.
Speak with candidates daily and guide them through the recruitment process.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
Generate new business opportunities through calls and networking.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from business development to placing candidates.
Work towards clear, achievable targets in a competitive sales environment.
Incentives & Rewards:
Uncapped commission OTE £40,000 Year 1, £70,000+ by Year 3.
