Are you confident on the phone and looking to take the next step in your sales career? If you have at least a year of outbound calling experience whether in sales, customer service, or lead generation this could be the role for you.
About the Role
As an Outbound Lead Generator, your job is to make calls, spark interest, and book appointments for the sales team. You'll be speaking to social clubs, sports clubs, and private member organisations, introducing them to a system designed to simplify their operations and increase revenue.
Its not about hard selling just having good conversations, identifying needs, and setting up quality meetings.
About the Client
Our client provides EPOS and management systems specifically for clubs across the UK. With over 1,800 clubs already on board, theyre a trusted name in the industry. Their solutions make running a club easier, more efficient, and more profitable.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday on a rota basis, with a 1pm finish on Fridays!
Key Duties
* Make outbound calls to potential customers.
* Identify decision-makers and set up appointments for the sales team.
* Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns.
* Log conversations and update the CRM system.
Key Requirements
* 1 years experience of outbound calling experience (sales, customer service, or lead generation).
* Confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people.
* Ability to handle objections and stay motivated.
* Organised and able to keep track of leads in a CRM system.
