Steer Automotive Group continues to grow, and we’re looking for a talented Panel Technician to join our Newcastle West team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern repair centre where quality, safety, and craftsmanship come first.

What You’ll Be Doing:
14. Completing high-quality structural and cosmetic panel repairs
15. Replacing, repairing, and aligning panels to manufacturer standards
16. Using the latest tools, equipment, and repair techniques
17. Meeting productivity and quality targets without compromising safety
18. Working collaboratively within a professional, respectful team
What We’re Looking For:
19. Previous experience as a Panel Technician
20. Skilled in MIG/MAG welding and panel repair methods
21. ATA accreditation or equivalent qualification (advantageous)
22. High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
23. Positive attitude and strong team ethic
