Business & Procurement Manager
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business & Procurement Manager located at our Warrington office. The Business & Procurement Manager will oversee and coordinate procurement activities, manage supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective purchasing strategies. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, monitoring vendor performance, evaluating new suppliers, and ensuring compliance with procurement standards. Additional duties will include analysing business operations, identifying improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and project delivery as well as the day-to-day operation of the company.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Procurement Management, including supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and cost analysis
* Strong skills in Business Operations, Project Coordination, and Process Optimization
* Excellent Communication, Team Collaboration, and Stakeholder Management abilities
* Proficiency in using Procurement Software/Systems, Data Analysis tools, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
* Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a results-driven mindset
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
* Experience in the Chemical, Petrochemical, or Oil & Gas sectors is highly desirable
* Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CIPS) will be considered an advantage
