House Lead – Residential Services (Men’s Program Manager) Location: Brimscombe, Stroud Salary: £26,000–£30,000 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week Join The Nelson Trust and help shape our men’s trauma‑informed residential service. We’re looking for an energetic, compassionate leader to oversee day‑to‑day operations, support clients in recovery, and lead a small team making a real impact.
