The School of Optometry and Vision Science has just launched a new four‑year undergraduate Masters in Optometry to replace the current three‑year Bachelors in Optometry course.
What You Will Be Doing
 * Undertake research informed teaching and teaching‑related activities, to be agreed with the Head of Department.
 * Plan, deliver and assess innovative, engaging and challenging teaching activities which provide a distinctive and exceptional student experience.
 * Ensure teaching is research‑led with subject content underpinned by relevant specialist research.
Qualifications / Experience
 * PhD (or equivalent) in Optometry, or a relevant subject area.
 * Honours degree (or equivalent) in Optometry.
 * Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education Practice, or commitment to obtaining this following appointment.
