We’re seeking a driven New Business Account Executive for a leading insurance broker based in Northampton (Leicester may also be an option). This role focuses on generating new business while managing a small existing book of construction and manufacturing clients, with premiums between £10, and £80, GWP.
You’ll be expected to hit annual revenue targets of £50, to £60,, with opportunities for higher earnings based on performance. You’ll also earn a 20% commission on all new business over £1, and a retention bonus on the inherited book.
Essential qualifications include proven experience in new business development within insurance, strong client relationship skills, and a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle.
To be considered you must currently have a background covering clients in Construction and Manufacturing.
