The mission of the ESG Corporate IT Team, in partnership with the Sustainability team and the Sustainability performance team, is to provide strategic vision, advise on technology roadmap, and deliver the technology services that will support the Sustainability House ambitions.
One of the key strategic initiatives is to measure, track, report, and analyze the environmental, social, and governance impacts of the company and its value chain and disclose the relevant data following various industry frameworks (CSRD, CDP, etc). The initiatives aim to implement systems and technologies to streamline House reporting consolidation and forecast the impact of local and global initiatives against company commitments regarding topics such as climate change, pollution, water resources, nature & biodiversity, and circularity.
We are looking for a Senior Manager IT Projects specialized in the ESG Domain who can work closely with the Sustainability team and the Sustainability performance team, coordinating all technical activities in the applications and projects worldwide.

Drawing on a passion for sustainability and a desire to create positive change, the Senior Manager IT Projects ESG Domain will show strong expertise in project and stakeholder management and have the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving forward simultaneously.
Thriving in a fast-paced environment, the Senior Manager will report to the Head of ESG IT Domain and work closely with stakeholders in the Sustainability and Sustainability performance departments, as well as with the senior manager in charge of implementing the new ESG solution for data collection, calculation, and forecasting.
Among other responsibilities, the Senior Manager IT Projects ESG Domain will:
* Manage enhancements and activities related to the legacy system used for the House carbon footprint until decommission.
* Collaborate with BI teams and proactively pilot changes impacting BI.
* Lead the selection of the tool required for the disclosure of House reports.
* Manage the implementation of the selected tool for disclosure.
* Ensure coordination with all IT contributors to the projects in charge.
* Manage follow-up of third-party vendor activities (Implementation partners, solution providers…).
* Collaborate with global, regional, and divisional teams to monitor and expand project scope, monitor project requirements/plans/processes/tools, assign/guide/update external project staff, and ensure project success.
* Provide expert project guidance/support proactively through project completion.
* Manage IT budgets for the overall projects under supervision.
* Report appropriately to IT and Business management on progress, risks, and key decisions to make.
* Define and prepare the target support model for such technologies in collaboration with the IT ESG Domain lead, Business application manager, Expert functions, Business stakeholders, and other relevant contributors.
* Maintain an external watch on the evolution of sustainability technologies to bring innovative perspectives to the roadmap.

Requirements
* Experience with sustainability technologies (Carbon Emissions accounting, ESG risks, and carbon initiatives) and a data-oriented mindset.
* Experienced with sustainability reporting frameworks (CSRD, SASB, CDP, etc).
* Ability to manage stakeholder expectations professionally.
* Ability to work independently, with general direction and guidance.
* Must work well within and across teams.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, project management, and collaboration tools.
* Experience with Enablon Metrics and PowerBI is a plus.
* Experience in a worldwide organization and/or in retail is a plus.
* Ability to succeed in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
* English will be the main working language. Proficiency in other languages and/or exposure to several cultures and ways of working is a plus.
* Be a key partner for Business and IT corporate domains, Divisions, and regions Data and Analytics teams, as well as many internal partners within Global, Corporate services, and regions.
* Collaborate with many internal partners at Corporate, divisional, and Regional levels.
