Purpose of the Role:
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll be the driving force behind identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for temporary contract roles within Autotech Recruit. Working closely with our Recruit and Marketing teams, you’ll help build proactive talent pipelines to meet current and future client needs.
What You’ll Do:
* Source candidates using job boards, social media, CRM, and professional networks
* Screen CVs and applications, carrying out initial candidate assessments
* Write and post engaging job adverts to attract diverse applicants
* Build and maintain a strong talent pool for future assignments
* Keep our candidate database accurate and up to date
* Stay on top of market trends and competitor activity
* Engage with candidates through calls, email, and social platforms
* Support recruiters with interviews, feedback, and process management
* Ensure compliance with regulations and data protection
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who can bring strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to the role. You’ll need to be highly organised with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring accuracy when reviewing candidate information and juggling multiple priorities at once. The ability to manage attraction campaigns, effective phone call screening/ interviews and follow ups is key, as is having the confidence to work with a variety of recruitment systems and sourcing tools.
Previous recruitment or resourcing experience would be an advantage, but it isn’t essential- what matters most is your self-motivation, creativity in finding and engaging talent, and the drive to build strong relationships with candidates and colleagues alike.

Salary £26,000 p/a plus resource commission OTE approx £40,000 p/a
