As an Electrical Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our operations bringing expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills to keep our site running smoothly and efficiently. Your role will be key in maintaining, repairing, and improving assets, while supporting exciting projects like installation, commissioning, and testing. What you'll be doing: Collaborate and connect with site teams to deliver effective maintenance strategies and drive continuous improvement. Coach and empower our Operations team, sharing insights on spirit supply to strengthen capability and confidence. Design and implement maintenance programs that optimise asset performance and utilisation. Champion reliability by ensuring all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard. Respond with agility to plant breakdowns, identify root causes, and minimise downtime. Share knowledge by reporting maintenance outcomes in SAP, helping us spread best practices across the business.
