Toddletown Farnham is a beautifully renovated nursery just a short walk from Farnham train station, offering a home-like environment where children are free to explore, play, and grow. We're looking for a warm and motivated Nursery Assistant to join our team—no formal qualifications required, just a genuine love for working with children and a willingness to learn.
Your Role
As a Nursery Assistant, you'll be a vital part of our team, helping to create a safe, joyful, and stimulating environment for children from birth to five.
* Support children's play and learning across our baby, toddler, and preschool rooms.
* Help set up engaging activities and tidy up after busy play sessions.
* Build trusting relationships with children, offering comfort, encouragement, and care.
* Work closely with qualified practitioners to learn best practices and develop your skills.
* Communicate warmly with families and contribute to the welcoming atmosphere we pride ourselves on.
Whether you're helping babies settle into their sleep routines, joining toddlers in imaginative play, or supporting preschoolers in the garden, you'll be part of a nursery that puts children's interests and emotional wellbeing at the heart of everything.
