The Role
DIO Estates currently a vacancy for an experienced Programme Manager to work within the Acquisitions and Disposals team.
Acquisitions and Disposals
Acquisitions and Disposals are the in-house estates team responsible for acquiring and disposing of MOD land and property, in particular, securing capital receipts for MOD re-investment. The team manages an extensive pipeline of sites for disposal working with local planning authorities and key stakeholders to maximise their potential prior to sale.
Responsibilities
* The Programme Manager role manages the delivery of the disposals programme on behalf of the Head of A&D, including reporting, budget and forecasting and procurement of supporting contracts.
* This is an exciting opportunity to join the established DIO Estate Acquisitions and Disposals team of highly skilled Surveyors to support the delivery of 4 disposals programmes and the acquisitions pipeline.
* This position is advertised at 37 hours per week.
