We are seeking an experienced, hands-on PAS Implementations Supervisor to join our Whiteley office, reporting to the Head of PAS. This role plays a key part in supporting the ongoing growth and effectiveness of the PAS function within Saltus.
You’ll bring strong people-management experience alongside a high level of attention to detail, ensuring implementation requests are delivered accurately and to a high standard. We’re looking for someone who takes real ownership of their work, looks beyond day-to-day delivery, and contributes positively to how the team operates and evolves.

Can you tell me more about the role?
Saltus is seeking a Programmatic Advice and Suitability (PAS) Implementations Supervisor to join our PAS Team based in Whiteley. This role will have a special focus on owning and overseeing the administration of bulk client migrations from ceding schemes to the Saltus Platform. You’ll be joining one of the most dynamic and strategically important teams in the business, supporting our firm’s focus on M&A as we seek to take advantage of unprecedented consolidation in the wealth management industry.
You’ll have a wide range of responsibilities, combining people leadership with hands-on operational responsibility, including the following:
Management Responsibilities (50%)
* Lead, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
* Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the Implementations team, ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
* Own the hiring, onboarding, and performance management of team members, working closely with the People team to ensure alignment with company standards.
* Ensure team members understand their core duties, performance expectations, and wider business requirements.
* Provide proactive and regular updates to the Head of PAS on team performance and capacity.
* Identify process improvements and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and client outcomes.
* Act as a key escalation and referral point for queries within the Implementations team.
Operational Responsibilities (50%)
* Own and manage the implementation journey for clients transferring to the Saltus Platform with a focus on getting the best outcomes for our clients
* Leading update meetings and providing effective support to advisers
* Implementing and ensuring the continuity of client income payments and contributions as well as being proactive in avoiding poor experiences for clients.
* Supporting the Transfers team with the management of client transfers
* Liaising with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure processes run smoothly
* Monitoring inboxes and manage queries in a timely and professional manner Work with and maintain CRM systems to improve efficiency within the team
What skills and experience do I need to have?
We think that the best candidate for this role will have:
* c10 years’ professional experience within Financial Services or a related industry
* At least 5 years’ experience in a people-management or supervisory role
* Experience within Wealth Management or a similar regulated environment is highly desirable
* Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to mentor and develop team members
* Good analytical skills, able to work with Excel to process work more efficiently and produce summaries/insights for colleagues
* Excellent communication skills and can manage and work well in a team
* Intellectual horsepower and curiosity for solving business problems
* A ‘growth mindset’, i.e. an appetite for testing yourself and using past mistakes as a springboard to keep improving
* Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to multiple deadlines, often autonomously
* The ability to form successful professional relationships both internally and externally
Where will I be working?
We’re incredibly flexible about where, when and how you work: we don’t want anyone to be prevented from coming to work for Saltus as a result of the working pattern that they’re looking for. Ideally, you’d be able to be based out of our Whiteley office for a minimum of three days each week, working the remainder of the week from home. Alternatively, you might work part of your working week from one of our other offices.
