Simon Acres Recruitment are working with a well-regarded and forward-thinking company, who are looking for a Contracts Area Sales Manager to cover the Midlands.
Covering: The Midlands(Buckinghamshire, Cotswolds, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire, Birmingham, Nottingham and surrounding).
Key responsibilities:
* Managing existing customer relationships.
* Prospecting, building and developing new business.
* Selling Kitchens into the contracts market.
* Working closely with housing and high-rise developers within the private market.
* Building strong business relationships.
* Travelling to head office every 3-6 months for sales meetings.
* Working closely with the design team to understand customer brief.
* Full involvement with key members of the contracts department including; managers, customer care and the design team.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven track record within field sales - selling kitchens into private developers.
2. Experience of dealing with Regional House Builders, Major Projects, House Building Contractors, High-Rise Developers or Housing Association.
3. Sales Account Management experience.
4. Ability to build and strengthen customer relationships.
5. Strong network and relationships within the contract market.
6. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills....
