In-House Tech Recruitment Resourcer
Hybrid – 2/3 days in the office, Kent based
£30,000 – £45,000
We're partnering with our client to recruit a proactive and driven Recruitment Resourcer to support hiring across specialist Technology roles. This position is initially offered on a temporary basis due to immediate demand, with strong potential to become permanent.
This is a great opportunity to focus on candidate generation, talent pooling and market mapping within a fast-paced tech recruitment function, supporting business growth through high-quality shortlisting and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and attract high-quality technology candidates across a range of specialist roles
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill positions
• Conduct CV screening, initial candidate outreach and qualification calls
• Utilise job boards, LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to identify passive talent
• Support recruiters and hiring managers with market insights and candidate availability updates
• Maintain accurate records within the ATS and ensure a smooth candidate experience
About You:
• Experience within recruitment, ideally supporting Technology roles
• Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards for proactive sourcing
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Target-driven, resilient and motivated by delivery
• Keen interest in the technology market and talent trends
