Co-Founder – Experience with AI and Software Teams
Would you like to work on one of the most exciting Space projects?
We are working with a leader within the ISAM sector who are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to work on a number of new projects the company has recently won.
You will be responsible for leading system and mission concepts, development, testing, and production of the company’s technologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and manage spacecraft system architectures, mission analysis, and design budgets across all subsystems.
* Lead systems engineering processes, technical trade studies, and verification planning (FMECA, FTA, FDIR).
* Oversee integration, testing, and operational readiness from concept through flight and end‑of‑life.
* Coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams, maintain configuration control, and contribute to bids and documentation.
Key Skills
* Proven experience taking systems from concept through design, AIT, launch, and operations.
* Strong background in spacecraft engineering (systems, avionics, sensors, software, propulsion, or operations).
* Skilled in verification, validation, and qualification campaign execution.
* Excellent communicator with experience defining and refining customer and engineering requirements.
Nice to Haves
* 5+ years’ experience across full spacecraft lifecycle, from design to operations.
* Background in in‑orbit servicing and propulsion or pressure systems.
* Familiar with spacecraft supply chains and varying budget environments.
* Experience using Jama or similar systems engineering tools.
