Senior Product Manager – CRM, FSM & CPQ Platforms
Location: Cheltenham / Remote
Salary: £95,000 + Car Allowance

Our client, a global business, is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and evolution of its core sales and service platforms, including CRM, Field Service Management (FSM), CPQ and eCommerce.
This is a senior, hands-on product leadership role with responsibility for global platforms, partner management, budget ownership and a team of five direct reports. The role sits at the intersection of technology, commercial teams and operations, ensuring platforms deliver measurable value across a complex, multi-country environment.
What you’ll do
Own the product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for CRM, FSM, CPQ and eCommerce platforms
Lead and develop a high-performing global product team (5 direct reports)
Manage global implementation partners and vendors, ensuring value delivery and alignment
Own platform budgets and investment planning across regions
Act as the senior bridge between sales, service, IT, digital and business stakeholders
Drive adoption, consistency of use and value realisation across the organisation
Shape the evolution and deployment of platforms in line with enterprise architecture standards
Lead stakeholder engagement across culturally diverse, hybrid and remote teams
Ensure platforms support scalable growth, improved customer experience and operational efficiency
What we’re looking for
10+ years’ experience working with enterprise sales and service platforms
Proven experience as a Product Manager, Platform Product Manager, or Senior Product Owner
Strong background in CRM, FSM and CPQ, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (CRM, FSM)
Experience with Oracle-based quoting / CPQ tools
Background in Business Analysis, business partnering or functional leadership
Proven experience managing global teams, partners and stakeholders across time zones
Comfortable operating in a hybrid, matrixed organisation
Fluent English required; additional languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese) are advantageous
