Support Worker Pay rate: Monday to Friday Day - £14.18 per hour & Saturday & Sunday Day - £15.23 per hour Shift pattern: Days - 8:00am - 20:00pm We've got a rewarding opportunity for the right person to work with an individual living in their own home in St Austell.Supporting a lady who takes a great interest in animals, fashion, children's magazines and all things pink & girlie.This person has autism, anorexia and mental health struggles. There is a history of challenges and risks associated with these conditions. To make the most of trips out and about, we need people who are local to St Austell and know the area, and can drive a car, holding a full UK Driving Licence. Enriching activities will be an important factor in your support, and you will bring a wonderfully empathetic approach to truly make a difference to this persons life. You will also need to bring previous experience with you in the following: * Autism * Mental health * Anorexia * Behaviours that can be perceived as challenging
