Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Hospitality Manager to lead catering and hospitality services at an International Law Firm. The manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations, deliver high‑quality events and dining services, and build strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team, ensuring excellent customer service, high performance, and engagement.
* Take full financial responsibility, including P&L, budget management, reporting, and driving profitability.
* Oversee catering orders, manage suppliers, and maintain compliance with health & safety and food hygiene standards.
* Continuously improve service delivery through innovation.
Qualifications
* At least 2 years’ experience in a similar hospitality or catering role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Customer‑focused approach with the ability to manage budgets and performance effectively.
* Proactive, organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality.
