Pattern is expanding, and we are looking for an eCommerce Account Health & Compliance Specialist to join our European Team in London to support the scaling of the business by protecting our business & brands we represent on Amazon and other marketplaces.

What is the day in the life of an eCommerce Account Health & Compliance Specialist?


* Promptly address account health & listing issues by working closely with the brand management team to ensure compliance across all brands and markets.
* Execute and own listing compliance reviews across all categories (supplements, food, cosmetics, home improvement, knives & blades, apparel, sporting goods etc.)
* Monitor and report on potential risks and non-compliance to local regulations and marketplace policies across our European business.
* Determine risk profile for brands and markets, ensuring potential issues are proactively addressed.
* Create and implement internal policies and procedures across various compliance functions.
* Support the Head of the function in executing investigations, appeals, POAs & escalations.
* Maintain an independent mindset and effectively alert and challenge, where necessary, to achieve a robust second line of defence.

What Will I Need To Thrive In This Role

* Strong writing and editing skills
* Precise attention to detail
* Able to cope well with ambiguity
* Comfortable communicating issues with senior leadership
* Amazon Seller Central Experience (desirable)
* Experience with project management tools like ASANA (desirable)
* Speaking German or another EU language is a plus but not required

What is the hiring process?

* An initial phone interview with Pattern’s talent acquisition team
* An interview with a hiring manager
* A 2nd stage interview with a case study in the form of a presentation
* A final interview with the European General Manager
