Our client, an award-winning house builder based just north of Leeds, is seeking a Senior Planner / Planner to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a planning professional with 2-3 years of experience to make a real impact in a growing business. Whether your background is in housebuilding, consultancy, or local authority planning, our client welcomes applicants at various experience levels.

The Role Key Responsibilities Managing and Coordinating Planning Applications: Handle a variety of residential planning applications, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines.
Taking Ownership of Projects: Work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and internal teams.
Problem-Solving & Innovation: Address challenges in the planning process and deliver high-quality solutions.
Residential Development Focus: Work on key housing projects that shape local communities.planning appraisal planning history services Accessing project managing consultant team. negotiation or 40-45 units
What Were Looking For 2-3 Years Planning Experience: Ideally within residential development.
RTPI-Accredited Planning Degree: Essential qualification requirement.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
