Role: Technical Program Manager – BY WMS

The Role
Lead the end‑to‑end testing program for the BY WMS implementation, combining strong technical depth with excellent program execution, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional leadership.
Work closely with Blue Yonder, warehouse, platform, and business teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver a seamless transformation.
Your responsibilities:
* Lead testing services of Blue Yonder WMS for Food Depots.
* Define program roadmap, timelines, milestones, and delivery strategy.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, and IT teams.
* Drive solution architecture discussions and integration planning.
* Manage vendors, system integrators, and cross‑functional teams.
* Ensure data migration, system integration, and testing strategies are executed effectively.
* Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans proactively.
* Track KPIs, program health, and provide executive‑level reporting.
* Ensure compliance with quality standards, governance, and best practices.
* Lead change management and user adoption initiatives.
* Drive continuous improvement of program delivery processes, tooling, and metrics.
* Ensure adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards.
Your Profile
As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead the testing services for the BY WMS solution.
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
* Strong knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS (formerly JDA WMS).
* Experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) implementations.
* Strong understanding of testing lifecycles including defining test strategy and test plan for various testing phases.
* Understanding of automation testing and performance testing.
* Understanding of supply chain & logistics processes, inventory management, order fulfilment, and warehouse operations.
* Integration experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), APIs, middleware, EDI, and microservices architecture.
* Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is a plus.
* Experience working in Agile environments.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage engineering teams and senior stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities with minimal supervision.
* Expertise in managing large‑scale transformation programs.
* Program governance and stakeholder management, budget planning, cost tracking, and resource management, risk management and escalation handling.
* Experience in warehouse operations.
* SAFe, PMP, or Agile certifications.
