What We’re Looking For
You don’t need formal qualifications, just bring:
• A positive attitude and genuine enjoyment of working with people
• Great energy and a willingness to learn
• The ability to stay cool when things get busy
• Pride in your appearance and your work
• Some previous hospitality or restaurant experience is helpful, but not essential, we’ll train you!
What You’ll Be Doing
As one of our Rafters Restaurant Heroes, you’ll:
• Welcome guests and help create brilliant dining experiences
• Serve food and drinks with confidence and a smile
• Share knowledge of menus and daily specials
• Work at a wide range of summertime events, from family celebrations to VIP visits
• Keep the restaurant running smoothly during peak times
• Leave guests feeling excited to return
