The TV ARC is based within the Department of Psychiatry at Oxford and the Thames Valley research ecosystem spans several boundaries between different care settings, commissioners and providers, and across the translational continuum. The minimum on-site time is 3 days/week for a full-time post. About the Role The post is funded until April 2031 and is based in the Department of Psychiatry at the Warneford Hospital. You will act as a first point of contact for the provision of timely administrative support for a wide range of PPI related tasks and processes, identifying priorities, exercising good judgement in resolving daily problems and awareness of when to consult or refer matters on. You will assist with the preparation of detailed reports on PPI progress, membership, financial expenditures, and compliance status. You will manage with sensitivity communications with colleagues, patients, carers and/or members of the public directing to appropriate services as required. About You You will have proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a research or academic setting with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping. You will have strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Experience of working on NIHR infrastructure funding and understanding of NHS and University financial infrastructures is desirable.
