Production Planner
Salary: £37,500 with bonus opportunities
Location: Hull

About the Role:
As Production Planner, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and executing a rolling production schedule that aligns with customer demand and forecasted sales. You will work cross-functionally across operations, procurement, and production teams to ensure that output is planned efficiently and that service levels remain high across the supply chain.
Duties include -
* Creating and maintaining production and demand plans.
* Coordinating with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to meet delivery targets.
* Monitoring capacity, material availability, and workforce requirements.
* Leading weekly planning meetings and communicate schedule updates.
* Driving process improvements focused on lean manufacturing.
* Supporting stock accuracy and compliance with business standards.
About you:
* Proven experience in demand planning and production scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
* High proficiency with Excel and MS Office, with strong reporting and data analysis skills. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is desirable.
* Can interpret complex data quickly and accurately, with strong attention to detail.
* Work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
* Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise across all levels of the business.
* Demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
