Main duties of the job
Project Support
Provide project support forexisting and future projects of GPPC particularly:
Support deliveryof key workstreams, including stakeholder engagement, project delivery (e.g.maintaining action log, risk management, financial reporting, projectgovernance).
Work with theprogramme manager to undertake data analysis and assist with a range ofservices evaluation monitoring, along with other projects, developing materialsfor senior stakeholders.
Engage withrelevant clinicians for the services and stakeholder practices of the Organisation.The post holder will be required to maintain positiverelationships with abroad range of internal and external stakeholders.
Develop andmaintain databases and systems for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
Work with members ofthe Team toinvestigate thecausesof anyvariancefromtarget/plan and proactively contribute tothe implementation of solutions.
Propose changesto projects and services, initiating work, informing policy and makingrecommendations for more effective delivery.
Management of a risk and issues trackingmechanism and its proactiveresolution and escalation processes
Ensure timely and accurate information analysisand reporting to management on agreed areas of work.
Provide coordination of and participate in relevant internal and externalworking groups and provide service advice, expertise and support where requested.

The GPPC is a collaboration of all of General Practice within the boroughs of Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington including membership from borough-based GP Federations, Primary Care Networks and local practices. Building on the work of our successful, predecessor organisation the GP Provider Alliance, we exist to ensure that General Practice can effectively contribute and collaborate with system partners (hospitals, community trusts, mental health trusts, commissioners).

Job responsibilities
We have anexciting opportunity for a proactive individual who would like to make apositive difference in NHS system level integrated working. The role willsupport various at scale services run by the North Central London GP ProviderCollaborative (GPPC), including the delivery of clinical networks and specificproject work. They will also provide administrative support to a range of areas.
The post holder willprimarily assist the programme manager in maintaining robust project delivery,including support of project documents, meetings, data collection and reportingprocesses and ensure compliance with relevant procedures and policies. Theywill additionally support the wider GPPC, including the CEO with essentialmeetings, papers and operations.
They will be partof our growing team, working to deliver the key objectives of the GPPCsupporting and strengthening General Practice, providing at scale Primary Careservices and being a voice of Primary Care in multi-agency working.
Qualifications
* Evidence of continuing personal development
* Degree level qualification or equivalent
Experience
* Experience of minute taking, managing actions and folders and management level correspondence
* Using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Experience in preparing and producing concise yet insightful communications for a broad range of stakeholders
* Experience of creating and giving presentations to a varied group of internal and external stakeholders
* Experience of supporting and contributing to projects, including experience working with tools and methodologies
