We are recruiting for a Data Collection Administrator to join a busy and supportive operations team. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
You will be responsible for supporting accurate data collection and processing activities, ensuring information is delivered within agreed timescales and service levels, while liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

* Ensure meter readings and related data are obtained and processed efficiently
* Investigate data queries and resolve discrepancies
* Liaise with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
* Maintain accurate records using internal systems
* Support continuous improvement of processes and procedures
