You will be responsible for
* Listening to customer feedback and acting on it promptly, following up on complaints, and guiding your team to improve the shopping experience.
* Ensuring a great shopping experience daily by managing your team effectively according to Tesco's operating model.
* Engaging your team to maintain product availability, coordinating with the Stock and Admin manager for RFID counts.
* Encouraging passion for our products, maintaining proper presentation, handling, and storage routines.
* Creating a positive first impression by coaching your team to maintain shelf standards efficiently.
* Leading a helpful and friendly service culture, demonstrating enthusiasm for customer service.
* Controlling costs and meeting budgets by minimizing waste and completing routines accurately.
* Working with the business to grow sales through successful merchandising and range activities.
* Encouraging team participation in community benefits and strategies.
You will need
* Training your team to confidently approach customers and sell the right products at the right price.
* Working alongside your team, Area Manager, and management to exemplify good practice for the Phone Shop.
* Celebrating successes and treating everyone with respect, fostering a supportive environment.
