Management Accountant

What are we looking for?
We are looking to recruit a driven Finance professional who is looking to continue their career as a Management Accountant on a 12 month maternity cover contract.
You will be joining a high energy finance team that pride themselves on supporting each other and problem solving together. You will have the ability to influence the business as well as looking for ways to continuously improve.
This role of Management Accountant will involve:
7. Assisting in the production of month end results, variance analysis and commentaries
8. Month end closedown of ledgers
9. Reconciliation & validation of control accounts.
10. External Reporting (Govt Statistics etc)
11. VAT Returns
12. Overseeing and verifying Purchase ledgers balances, accruals.
13. Intercompany reconciliations
14. Producing financial information in appropriate for
Apply if you have most of the following:
15. Strong technical ability as a Management Accountant
16. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and high competency in data analysis using Excel and other reporting tools
17. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
18. Experience working with non-finance professionals
19. Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks over month end periods
20. IFS system experience will be a distinct advantage
21. Part qualified/Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
