As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the planning, creative development and co-ordination of the channel owners to deliver integrated brand and acquisition campaigns that build awareness, consideration, conversion and advocacy/loyalty.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll own the overall campaign process from planning to creative brief and ensuring asset delivery from channel owners - working closely with our in-house team, agency partners and channel owners to ensure every campaign is insight‑led, creatively compelling, and delivered on time and on budget.
You will play a critical role in delivering a high‑performing marketing “engine”, helping deliver consistent, high‑quality campaigns that drive awareness, consideration and demand, consistent, and effective across every touchpoint.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the planning and delivery of creative for brand and performance campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and loyalty.
* Coordinate channel owners (CRM, Digital Acquisition, Website, Social, PR, Community Marketing) to ensure execution of cohesive and aligned activity across the marketing mix to deliver campaign objectives.
* Lead the creative approach, from briefing and initial concept and messaging through to final asset delivery.
* Manage agencies and approval processes to deliver campaigns on schedule and budget.
* Partner with channel leads to monitor and report campaign performance across all touchpoints, using insight and data to refine creative and messaging for continuous improvement.
* Own the smooth execution of day‑to‑day marketing activity, including: Managing timelines and deliverables, Raising and tracking purchase orders (POs), Coordinating multiple concurrent workstreams.
* Support tracking and reporting of campaign performance.
* Work with channel owners to understand performance and identify optimisation opportunities.
* Contribute to a test‑and‑learn culture across campaigns and channels.
* Help share successes with the wider business, including key stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven marketing experience, ideally within a multi‑channel in‑house role.
* Experience managing integrated, multi‑channel campaigns (digital, social, OOH, print, CRM, PR).
* Strong creative and strategic skills, with an eye for detail and delivery.
* Excellent project management, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
* Confident briefing and managing agencies, budgets, and timelines.
* Data‑driven mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance and insight.
* A strong creative eye and high attention to detail.
* Understanding of performance marketing.
* Collaborative team player who enjoys orchestrating multiple moving parts to deliver results.
