Key Responsibilities
* Act as the senior data lead for the client, owning and driving the CRM data strategy in line with business objectives.
* Inspire and manage the Data Planning and Analytics teams to deliver work that’s accurate, insightful, and always on time.
* Oversee end‑to‑end data delivery across campaigns, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
* Partner with agency client leadership to design, scope, and deliver strategic initiatives including data transformation, segmentation, customer journeys, and measurement frameworks.
* Champion a test‑and‑learn culture, using insights to improve performance and unlock new opportunities.
* Work closely with cross‑agency and client‑side teams (tech, media, creative, and CRM ops) to ensure seamless integration of data across all touchpoints.
* Translate complex data outputs into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
* Act as a trusted advisor, challenging client thinking and bringing innovation in CRM data, analytics, and measurement.
Requirements
* Experience in CRM and data roles, ideally within fast‑paced agency or consultancy environments.
* Proven experience leading large‑scale CRM accounts with significant data volumes and complex customer journeys.
* Strong understanding of data planning, segmentation, campaign delivery, analytics, and reporting.
* Experienced in managing and developing teams of data specialists.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at senior levels.
* Commercially astute, balancing strategic vision and delivery excellence.
* Curious, innovative, and passionate about using data to power brilliant CRM.

Flexibility & Mobility
