Territory Sales Representative – Compact Equipment
Company: Finning (UK) Ltd – a leading Caterpillar dealer.
Location: Wales – Permanent position.
Overview
The role focuses on selling new and used Cat Compact Equipment, maximizing revenue and profits. It involves business planning, territory coverage, customer service, and opportunity management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the annual business plan for equipment, work tools, CVA, and warranties for territory prospects and customers.
- Plan and execute territory coverage using customer/product knowledge, sales support tools, and inside sales.
- Develop sales plans for key sectors/industries to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Utilize marketing campaigns and finance options to develop cost‑effective solutions for customers.
- Coordinate with internal functions to provide top‑notch customer service and build trust with key decision‑makers.
- Manage opportunities across the business and collaborate with Cat Finance TAM for a unified market strategy.
- Maintain awareness of competitors and communicate progress/issues within the territory.
Requirements
- Relevant field sales experience.
