Overview
We are a real estate investment and brokerage platform focused on mobile home parks, RV parks, campgrounds, and niche CRE assets across the U.S. We're looking for a sharp Underwriting Analyst to support deal analysis, financial modeling, and investment memos.
This is a contract role with consistent deal flow. Strong performers can earn expanded responsibility and long-term work.
Responsibilities
Build and review property-level underwriting models (Excel / Google Sheets)
Analyze T12s, rent rolls, pro formas, and operating statements
Model acquisitions, refinances, seller financing, second liens, and development/infill
Perform NOI, cash flow, IRR, equity multiple, and sensitivity analyses
Support investment summaries / IC memos (concise, numbers-driven)
Identify risks, assumptions, and value-creation levers
Work closely with senior principals on live deals
Ideal Candidate
2–5+ years of CRE underwriting or investment analysis experience
Strong Excel skills (clean, auditable models — no black boxes)
Experience with value-add or development underwriting preferred
Comfortable underwriting imperfect or messy data
Detail-oriented, fast, and commercially minded
Able to turn comments quickly and iterate
U.S. real estate experience required
Bonus (not required):
Experience with mobile home parks, RV parks, self-storage, or niche CRE
Experience underwriting seller-financed structures
Exposure to brokerage or acquisition environments

Flexible hours, deadline-driven
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
