Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the Key Stage 1 curriculum. Foster a positive learning environment through effective behaviour management techniques. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support their development. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to enhance student learning experiences. Utilize strong communication skills to address the diverse needs of students.
