The Opportunity
We are currently seeking to recruit a full time Financial Services Assistant to our busy Financial Services team based at Assynt House, Inverness.
The role of this post is to provide support to the Financial Services Officers, Supervisor and Team Leaders by undertaking a variety of tasks within Financial Services.
The post holder will work in one of the following areas; Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Patient Travel or Finance Support, and will be required to move between functions periodically.
Candidates must have excellent organisation skills, good communication skills both written and oral, attention to detail and previous experience of working in an office environment. Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of software is required, along with the ability to carry out finance tasks using accounting software and adaptation to the use of new systems in a rapidly changing environment.
You will have the ability to work as part of a team and should also be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
