We are seeking a reliable and caring Midday Supervisor to join our team immediately at our vibrant secondary school in Newham.
Role: Midday Supervisor
Start date: Immediate
Hours: Monday to Friday, approximately 11:30am - 1:30pm (term time only)
Location: Newham, East London
About the Role:
As a Midday Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our students have a safe, enjoyable, and well-managed lunchtime. You'll supervise pupils in the dining hall, playground, and around the school grounds - helping to create a positive, respectful atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise students during the lunch break (indoors and outdoors)
Encourage good behaviour and positive interactions between students
Support with the organisation of queues and dining arrangements
Deal calmly and effectively with minor incidents and accidents
Promote the school's values and standards at all times
