Overview
Redhill Academy Trust Pay Scale, Band 6 Scale point 29 - 32. Actual Salary: £21,373.26 to £22,662.98 per annum (Full Time Equivalent: £24,654.16 to £26,141.85). 37 hours per week - Permanent - Term time only + 1 week. Required to start as soon as possible. This is a full-time administrative role with a dual focus opportunity. We are seeking a dynamic, organised, and approachable individual for a varied and rewarding role in education in a unique position that blends pastoral care with front-of-house professionalism.

* Experience in education is desirable but not essential
Role at a glance
* 3 days per week – Post-16 Administration & Pastoral Support. Support post-16 students with administrative tasks and pastoral care, acting as a key point of contact and helping to create a nurturing environment where students feel supported and empowered.
* 2 days per week – Main Reception & General Administration. Be the welcoming face of the school, managing reception duties with warmth and efficiency, handling enquiries, supporting staff and visitors, and keeping administrative processes running smoothly.
