Project Manager – ERP Implementation (12 Month FTC)
Location: Stroud (Hybrid – 3 days on-site)
Salary: Up to £65,000

Our client, a leading retail organisation, is hiring a Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new ERP platform across the business. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, focused on delivering a Microsoft Dynamics ERP solution in partnership with an external vendor.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a business-critical transformation programme within an SME environment. You’ll play a key role in modernising systems, improving operational efficiency, and driving long-term scalability.
What you’ll do
Lead the end-to-end delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation
Act as the primary liaison between the business and the implementation partner
Define and manage project scope, timelines, budget, and risks
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across finance, operations, supply chain and retail
Ensure successful change management, user adoption, and post-go-live support
You’ll work closely with senior leadership, functional heads, and the external vendor to ensure the solution is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience delivering ERP implementations, ideally Microsoft Dynamics
Strong project management background within retail or multi-site environments
Experience working in SME settings with third-party vendors
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Solid understanding of business process mapping and change management
The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on, pragmatic approach and feel comfortable operating in a fast-paced SME environment where collaboration and accountability are key.
