Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and efficient Temporary Receptionist to join our client's car dealership team. You will be the first point of contact for clients and customers, creating a positive first impression. The ideal candidate will have excellent listening skills, a pleasant demeanor, and experience with Kerridge software.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain building security by issuing visitor passes and notifying personnel of visitor arrivals.
* Manage the flow of visitors and appointments.
* Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
* Check clients in for appointments and provide directions.
* Use Kerridge software to manage customer information and appointments.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with Kerridge software.
* Ability to work both short-term and long-term assignments.
* Availability to work weekends.
