What you will do: · Create a rewarding Associate Journey by identifying training needs · Support the implementation of Hyatt's purpose, demonstrate and reinforce Hyatt’s Values · Build rapport and communicate effectively with associates at all levels · Provide support to Director of Human Resources and the Division and advise any new training material that would be beneficial to the hotel Qualifications : What you should have: · Ideally with a university degree in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management · Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in hotel industry · Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must · Effective communication skills and proficient in English and Cantonese are essential
