Description
The purpose of the Lead Integrator is to coordinate change delivery and dependencies between the platform and stakeholders external to the platform such as other platforms, Group Executive Functions and 3rd parties, this may include coordinating complex and high-risk implementations. The Lead Integrator works across the Platform and covers both business and technology change.
Role responsibilities:
1. Manages complex and high-risk agile implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery.
2. Establishes pivotal integration points across Labs/Platforms and effectively communicates these integration points to relevant stakeholders.
3. Develops the sequence for integration related tasks in collaboration with Lab Leadership and aligned to the Lab backlog.
4. Coordinates across multiple teams to develop medium-term and/or long-term work schedules that help the organisation achieve its priorities and fulfil its business plans.
5. Manages dependencies between the platform and other teams ensuring these are catalogued in agile tooling.
6. Works with stakeholders outside of the platform to ensure interlock to enable the platform to deliver in an agile way at pace.
7. Identifies blockers to delivery and strives to mitigate / resolve, escalating to platform leadership where required.
8. Manages suppliers (3rd Party), providing oversight and managing underperformance.
9. Provides expertise (not content) for governance activity owned by the Product Owner, e.g. PRIA, for change across multiple programmes.
10. Assists in the design and implementation of a compliance programme while ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance standards by liaising with the regulator and/or supervises the activities of a regulatory/compliance team.
11. Act as a senior source of professional expertise
12. Takes responsibility for implementing a team's formal development framework with guidance from senior colleagues, while informally coaching others throughout the organisation in area of expertise and pursuing and investing in opportunities for own personal development.

13. Experience Required – Change Management using Agile Delivery Methodology and Tooling.
14. Strong stakeholder management and engagement
