Residential Conveyancer - Birmingham - Competitive Salary
This is a superb opportunity to join an established law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals across the UK.
Due to the continued development and expansion of the firm’s Residential Conveyancing department, it is now seeking to appoint a Conveyancer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a progressive and varied legal practice.
The ideal candidate will have fee earning experience, with a proven track record of managing their own caseload. The successful candidate will principally be involved in handling a mixed caseload of Sales and Purchases, Freehold, Leasehold from inception to Completion.
The firm is seeking a motivated/technically strong Residential Conveyancer with ambition who can develop relationships and will easily tap into a lucrative client base.
The Candidate
* Residential Conveyancer with experience of managing own caseload
* Experience liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and estate agents.
* Managing a caseload including, sales & purchase, of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
* Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
* Hold and develop new relationships with introducers
* Management of a case from fruition to post completion
