Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to join our team in Coppull, Chorley. We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to work within our supported living service for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. Your role will involve providing consistent, positive support, helping each person achieve independence and outcome-focused goals within their own person-centred plan.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, individualised, person-centred support to all service users.
* Offer mentorship, support, and guidance to the team, developing warm and trusting relationships with service users.
* Encourage service users to express their needs, views, and concerns.
* Support the management of service delivery to effectively meet the needs of the service users.
* Be flexible to cover evenings and weekends as required.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Experience as a Senior Support Worker or in a similar role within supported living services for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
