About the Role

As part of our Architecture Team, you’ll play a key role in setting strategy, creating roadmaps, and designing solutions that are secure, scalable, and fit for purpose. You’ll specialise in an architectural domain (e.g. Technical, Business, Service, Security, or Data) and ensure that projects deliver maximum value, align with our enterprise standards, and support our mission.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, influence decision-making, and ensure our technology investments are effective, resilient, and future-ready.
What You’ll Do
* Design and document solutions that balance innovation with reliability.
* Shape technology strategies and roadmaps to meet current and future needs.
* Guide projects through architecture governance, ensuring solutions align with standards and best practice.
* Provide expert input to impact assessments, cost estimates, and technology choices.
* Promote integration, re-use, and efficiency across programmes and platforms.
* Present architecture outputs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Stay on top of new developments, advising on opportunities for improvement.
* Support and mentor engineers, sharing knowledge and building capability.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong experience in solution or enterprise architecture.
* Expertise in at least one domain (Technical, Business, Service, Security, or Data).
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical solutions.
* A track record of influencing stakeholders and guiding strategic technology decisions.
* Awareness of enterprise standards, governance, and security principles.
* A collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
* Must have a valid UK Driving License
