We are a newly formed UK Logistics company with core staff having collectively over 75 years experience in the shipping and transport industry.
We are seeking an organised and proactive Service Administrator to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Responsibilities
* Handle incoming customer calls and emails, providing timely and effective responses to inquiries.
* Perform data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in the system.
* Assist Customers and Drivers with service-related questions and issues, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Maintain organised records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
* Collaborate with the Transport Team to improve service processes and enhance overall efficiency.
* Deliver KPI's and provide reports/updates to senior management
Skills
* Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
* Minimum 2 years experience in transport office, delivering exceptional customer service.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
* Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs effectively.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
