Marketing Assistant Graduate
Location: West London (White City) – Hybrid (3 days onsite)
Contract: 12-month fixed term
Salary: £31,050 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week (Mon–Fri)

a global Innovative Medicine company is seeking a motivated graduate to join the Marketing team as a Marketing Assistant Graduate. This role offers a strong foundation in marketing operations, administration, and commercial support within a global pharmaceutical environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of marketing activities, supporting business processes, and gaining exposure to brand, financial, and compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the marketing team
- Support marketing operations, including budget tracking, spend reporting, and financial administration
- Raise and manage purchase orders, goods receipting, and support reconciliations
- Coordinate external vendors and agencies, ensuring timely and compliant delivery
- Maintain marketing materials and assets, ensuring version control and approval compliance
- Manage documentation through internal approval systems, adhering to SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Support compliance activities, including material certification, withdrawal, and archiving
- Assist with contract administration and HCP-related processes (including disclosure tracking)
- Contribute to marketing projects and activities, including development and coordination of materials
- Provide basic reporting and analysis for campaign tracking and planning
- Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics, including congress support
- Act as a central point of coordination, ensuring clear communication across stakeholders
About You
Essential
- Degree in Marketing (or similar) from a UK university (within the last 2 years)
- Strong interest in developing a career in a commercial/marketing environment
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Desirable
- Exposure to marketing, healthcare, or pharmaceutical environments
- Basic understanding of budgets, reporting, or project coordination

Additional Information
