SF Recruitment is partnering with an organisation in Coventry to recruit a permanent Sales Advisor, ideally from the construction industry. The role operates from one of their sites.
Salary & Work Pattern
Salary: £33,000.
Working pattern: either Thurs-Mon 10am-5pm or Sat-Wed 10am-5pm with 1 weekend off every 4 weeks.
Responsibilities
* Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the product and its construction, relevant local information, competitors, and our unique selling points.
* Ensure Health & Safety Policy and Personal Safety Policy are adhered to, and visitors are informed of PPE requirements when entering construction areas of the development.
* Initiate approaches to prospects, record and follow up all visitors, and regularly update and progress all prospects via Weekly Visitors Analysis forms and CRM system.
* Take reservations and initiate all paperwork with speed and accuracy to support sales, ensuring purchasers understand the sales process, including financial and legal aspects.
* Ensure all timescales are adhered to by proactively managing contract and completion progression to meet or exceed set targets.
* Build good working relationships and maintain continuous liaison with solicitors, estate agents, banks, building society managers, and valuers.
* Maintain regular contact with the recommended Financial Advisor to keep knowledge of the mortgage market and available products up‑to‑date.
* Comply with and uphold company policies and procedures.
* Undertake any additional tasks as reasonably required from time to time.
