Bar Manager required for a establishment in the cotswolds, live in available. This is a Gastro pub style service within the Restaurant & Bar area. As a bar Manager you will ensure everything runs smoothly within this Bar area part of a Hotel. Salary £32700 service charge (35000 package), 40 hour contract. The role We are looking for a Bar manager who will support the operations manager with the smooth running of this part of theF&B operationt. You will ensure the bar is ready for service, you will ensure the bar back look great, train new staff, ensure the flow of customers is smooth, deal with customer questions, support the restaurant manager (which is the other f&b outlet) when needed to ensure both parts of F&B runs smoothly.
