Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
* Meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the WImborne office
* Answering visitor enquiries
* Responsible for answering switchboard phones and forwarding calls or taking messages
* Dealing with all incoming post
* Scanning and updating onto system
* Organising meetings and ensuring rooms are tidy and ready for use
* Dealing with all outgoing post
* Making refreshments
* Maintaining office supplies
